1UP Box POWER vs Super Geek Box LEGACY vs Loot Crate COMBAT November 2015

Alright, the month's almost over but I'm going to get these geek box subscription review posted before it ends!  Super Geek Box actually came yesterday, so I wasn't procrastinating too much.  I find Super Geek Box to ship the latest out of all three.  Loot and 1UP usually ship around the same time and I get to play with those things and wear those shirts first.  Enough talking, onto the good stuff!

1UP Box Power

Dragonball Z and Superman crossover shirt.  My fiance really liked the Dragonball aspect.

Spiderman Mopeez!  It's so cute!

My Pretty Zombie Swatches and First Impressions!

I feel like it's been awhile since I've done a first impressions review.  Since my collection has grown rather large, I try to limit how many new shops to try out.  I've had my eye on My Pretty Zombie for awhile because of their science/morbid themed names and beautiful duochromes.  After listening to their interview on beauty podcast, This Week in Makeup, I decided to finally take the plunge.  I enjoyed the interview as well as the owner's personality.  I also participated in an exchange with some of my indie friends and received some more MPZ products from my awesome partner.

If you haven't listened to the TWIM interview, the owner stated that she doesn't read reviews, but does read emails.  I ended up emailing her because of how ecstatic I was from all the extra Halloween goodies that were included in my order.  She included some fake teeth, notepads, candy, and a pencil.  It really made me feel like a kid again and I loved it.  So again, thank you, Andrea!

Notoriously Morbid Halloween 2015 Limited Edition Eyeshadow Duo and CotM Swatches

I have a short swatch post of Notoriously Morbid's Halloween exclusives!  The owners, Carrie and Laura, each made a shadow inspired by their favorite Halloween movie.  I also purchased the Color of the Month, Simple Man.  It's made for Alzheimer's Awareness Month and all of the profits for that color during November will be donated to the Alzheimer's Association.

Always Check Your Candy
Always Check Your Candy:  metallic peach copper with gold sparkles.  This was inspired by Laura's favorite movie, Trick 'r Treat.  I haven't watched it, but it's a really nice neutral shade.

Been There, Thank You
Been There, Thank You:  dusty lavender with green sparkles.  This was inspired by Carrie's favorite movie, Hocus Pocus.  I still haven't watched it yet but I'm really planning to!  It looks really fun and I don't care that Halloween has passed.

Simple Man
Simple Man:  blurple with gold sparkles and orange shimmers.  As mentioned before, all proceeds of this shade during November will be going towards the Alzheimer's Association.  If you like the shade or want to support the cause, please consider making a purchase here.

Notoriously Morbid November 2015 Vanishing Cabinet - Now & Forever Swatches

Notoriously Morbid's November Vanishing Cabinet was a bit different from past ones.  Instead of mini shadows and products, everything included was full sized!  November's VC was inspired by The Nightmare Before Christmas.  I watched it when I was young and didn't understand the appeal, however, when I rewatched it last year, I fell in love.  The two eyeshadows are reminiscent of Sally's colors and the full sized Mystic Matte lipstick is inspired by Jack.

I'm Restless
I'm Restless:  ocean blue with pink and green sparkles

Mister Unlucky
Mister Unlucky:  matte burnt orange

Pumpkin King
Pumpkin King:  matte burnt orange lipstick.  The lip swatch looks glossy and that's because I didn't let the lipstick dry down fully before taking the picture.  Notoriously Morbid's Mystic Matte lipsticks all dry down to a matte finish pretty quickly and are very comfortable.

I'm Restless, Mister Unlucky, Pumpkin King

All in all, this was a nice tribute to a great movie.  I didn't mind getting less products this month because I loved the full size lipstick!  I seriously can't get over how much I love the formula.  Pumpkin King is a beautiful fall/winter color so I'm hoping it becomes permanent eventually!

Dawn Eyes Cosmetics Winter Beach Getaway Swatches!

Dawn Eyes is on a roll!  They've released three new collections in the span of a month and I have them all for you!  I've said before that I really enjoy their eyeshadows, low prices, and super fast turnaround time.  I recently posted swatches of their Fall & Halloween and Christmas collection.  This time, I have swatches of the Winter Beach Getaway collection, perfect for when you're yearning for the warmth of summer while stuck at home in the cold.

Dawn included four free samples of the even newer released collection in my order and I absolutely loved them!  I already ordered those and they're on their way to me, so I'll swatch and post them as soon as possible ;)

Innocent and Twisted Alchemy November 2015 Subscription Swatches

Can you believe I'm actually posting swatches of Innocent and Twisted Alchemy's subscription box before the month is over?!  I know, me neither.  Anyway, this month's box was inspired by Clueless and while I've watched the movie once or twice, it was never a favorite of mine.  I still adore I+TA's eyeshadow formula though, so receiving these boxes each month is always great.

Hello Waffle Cosmetics November 2015 Visage Swatches

I'm not subscribed to Hello Waffle's monthly Visage subscription box, but the owner made November's box available for everyone.  I actually missed out on getting it, luckily someone canceled their order so I was able to purchase mine.  November's box was inspired by Little Red Riding Hood; I love wolves, so I knew I had to have this one.

Eat You Up
Eat You Up:  red orange matte lipstick with gold shimmers.  This was a full size matte lip cream from Darling Girl Cosmetics.  It's my first time trying any of their lip products.  Eat You Up has a mousse like texture.  It's fast drying, comfortable, and relatively transfer proof, but not budge proof after eating.  I'm actually really impressed with this product from the initial application.

Into the Woods
Into the Woods:  smoky incense, very strong and spicy.  It's a perfume oil from HW's owner's other store - Sunsets and Seas.
