A few weeks ago, the owner from indie company Dreamworld Hermetica, Ellie, asked if there were any testers willing to test some of her new formulas. Obviously I jumped at the chance, I emailed her back immediately and made the cut :) She was reformulating a few things and wanted testers to try them out before releasing them. They were sent out really quickly, but due to Thanksgiving break, my post office was extremely delayed in sending my package. They gave me a delivery date of Nov. 25th, but it actually got to me on the 30th.
Anyway, she sent me four Eye Pigments (jars), two Eye Colors (baggies), and a full-size Eye Dew (not pictured). I actually asked her the difference between Eye Pigments and Eye Color, and she said there was actually no difference haha. From what I see, Eye Pigments are shimmery and Colors are mattes? The Eye Dew is an eyelid primer that can act as a glitter glue; I'm glad I received this because there are a few indie shadows that are complete glitterbombs haha.

Sonnet: looks dusty pink with gold sheen in the jar, applies shimmery gold
Pagan: matte light pink
Windsong: beautiful reddened copper, seems like a darker rose gold
Grendel's Mother: beautiful fuchsia with blue sheen, this actually took my breath away when I opened the lid. It's similar to Wet n Wild Silk Finish Lipstick in 'Fuchsia with Blue Pearl'. I wonder if I can get away with wearing them together haha.
Avalon Nyght: matte purple

The consistency of the Pigments are similar to Oslo Cosmetic's loose shadows. They appear slightly clumpy in the jar because the ingredients makes them bind together. This results in smoother, creamier, and more pigmented application. I swatched these with absolutely no primer and I don't feel like a primer would make a difference. The mattes were harder to pick up evenly on my brush, but they are pigmented and soft.
I am extremely honored and thankful for the chance to test these wonderful shadows. I would definitely recommend the pigments because I absolutely love that type of creamy formula.

I am going to have to check this company out. The swatches are gorgeous!
