My Pretty Zombie Sample Haul Swatches

Last month, My Pretty Zombie was donating 100% their sales from one day to Planned Parenthood.  I had been meaning to purchase from MPZ, but kept putting it off.  I felt that it was finally time to stop putting off my order since everything was being donated to an amazing cause.  MPZ's current TAT is 7 business days.  I have tried and liked MPZ's products before, so I knew I wasn't going to be disappointed.

Innocent + Twisted Alchemy September 2016 Subscription Swatches

I know I've fallen behind on blog posts again, but I'm trying to catch up!  I have swatches of Innocent + Twisted Alchemy's September subscription box!  I+TA's current TAT is 14-18 business days, but the subscription doesn't operate on that schedule and instead ships out around the same time every month.  It's $18/month for three to four mini eyeshadows and a full sized guest indie product.

This month features a theme inspired by Sonata Arctica's "The Boy Who Wanted to be a Real Puppet" and includes four mini eyeshadows and one full size eyeshadow from a guest indie.

Now for a bit of sad news, earlier this week, I+TA announced that they will be discontinuing their subscription box after December 2016.  I've been subscribed for three years and will be sad to see it go.  Getting the package from them each month was such a good surprise and I was always excited to see what was in store.  I'll still be keeping tabs on their new releases and wishing them well :)

All the Limbs:  maroon with blue, red, and gold shimmers.  This was a full sized exclusive eyeshadow from MPZ Cosmetics.  I really enjoy their products, especially their duochrome eyeshadows.  However, I don't like their square jars because they tend to get very messy.  I do really recommend checking them out though, they have pretty great deals and most of their products are science themed!

Hello Waffle May 2016 Visage - Charlotte's Web Swatches

This month's Visage subscription from Hello Waffle Cosmetics was inspired by Charlotte's Web.  The Visage box is a monthly subscription that currently has a wait list, but Hello Waffle's usual TAT is 10-15 business days.  Since last month featured some bright colors, this month has some very neutral matte shadows.

Glass Coffin:  matte medium pink.  This was a free sample from their recently released Snow White collection.  I'm thinking of picking up the lipsticks and duochrome shadows from that collection!

Reclusa

Reclusa:  light peach blush with purple shimmers.  This was a full sized subscription exclusive blush from My Pretty Zombie Cosmetics.  This is the first big square jar I have so I was really intrigued.  The blush looked pretty nice and natural on me so I might end up using it as a highlighter.

Some Pig:  opaque watermelon pink lipstick; watermelon scent.  The scent is so delightful and the lipstick is opaque in one swipe.  I'm not sure how often I'll use a bright lipstick but it's good to have in my stash.

Innocent + Twisted Alchemy January 2016 Subscription Swatches

Today I have swatches of Innocent + Twisted Alchemy's January 2016 subscription.  It's inspired by Alice in Wonderland/Through the Looking Glass.  This post was initially scheduled for much later, as I normally have work today, but by some miracle, our boss decided to cancel due to Storm Jonas!  NYC happened to get around three feet of snow, so I'm really really glad we don't have to go out.  This month's subscription included three eyeshadows by I+TA along with some extremely beautiful label art.  We also got a bunch of samples from other companies!
