Time for another release of Notoriously Morbid's State of Fear and Slay Me collections! If you're keeping track, the State of Fear collection releases five shadows every month and is one of my absolute favorites because of the inspiration and exceptional eyeshadow formula. Slay Me is an all matte collection with some special sparkly shades thrown in.
